Rates displayed and the benefits of promotions may change or be suspended at any time without prior notice. This does not apply to travel agent rates, tour operator rates, weddings, complimentary stays, or any other reduced rate promotions in the market.

Promotions or stay awards are NOT redeemable for cash under any circumstances. If you receive a partial or total discount on lodging as part of an exchange or special promotion, this promotion is non transferable to third parties or guests in other rooms.

The number of interest free months to defer your purchase depends on the agreement made with each bank and may differ when booking your stay or paying for special services.

All belongings or valuables must be properly stored in the safe provided in each Suite. Las Lupitas Hotel Boutique is not responsible for any losses or damages to belongings not stored in the safe.

In case of damage, theft, or partial or total alteration to the property or belongings of Las Lupitas Hotel Boutique, we reserve the right to cancel the current reservation without refund, and in case of serious damage or incidents, the responsible parties must pay for the corresponding damage, or else they will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Breakfast hours are from 8:00 to 10:00 AM for the maximum number of guests assigned to each Suite as standard; additional guests per Suite must pay the specified additional amount and are entitled to accommodation and breakfast.

Every guest is obliged to respect all relevant safety rules and to conduct themselves within our premises with due care and safety.

The Hotel is not responsible for any accidents or inconveniences that occur on the premises.

Any partial or total damage caused by any of the guests to the hotel’s facilities or property will be charged in full to the responsible guest of the Suite along with a logistics expense penalty.

The Hotel is intended for guests over 18 years of age, and if guests decide to bring minors, they must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times.

Temporary or permanent lodging of persons not included in the reservation is not allowed; if this rule is violated and it causes any material or personal damage, the guest will be liable for such damages.

Special services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
